DPF Cleaning for van exhausts
Vans that do a lot of short runs don’t allow a full circulation cycle so diesel particulates aren’t cleared from the exhaust and cause blocking in the DPF filter. A blocked DPF filter will cause an engine fault light, and is also an MOT fail.
We can remove your exhaust and DPF, then bath the DPF in solution followed by a high pressure clean-out on a specialist machine. Once the exhaust is cleaned, we refit, run up to temperature, and do a static regeneration.
